I’m hoping at least a few guys can help me out here. I’m looking for a binder that’s going to actually do its job and bind my chest and not just my stomach. I tried the Underworks 997(?) I think. It’s like a cotton tank that’s long enough to tuck in but it makes me look like I’m wearing a shitty sports bra. It’s not bad for wearing sweatshirts or jackets but summer’s on the way. I need something that works for a larger chest (small d) and won’t make it look weird and also something that doesn’t have a tendency to roll. Thanks guys.
This weekend has been one of the greatest weekends I’ve had in a while and I really don’t want to go back to reality tomorrow -_- Anyway, my friend and I went to my friend’s apartment in New Brunswick for a get together and it wound up being their other roommate’s friends (who are all straight but pretty awesome) and just a few people that I actually knew, which is fine. So we had a great a time and at the end of the night I realized that I had passed all night. Except for the few people there that know I’m trans everyone there just assumed that I’m a straight guy. So yeah, that was exciting. Also, I’m getting legit facial hair and I’m naturally deepening my voice which is actually working so that’s cool, too. I also decided this weekend that it’s time to hit the gym again. I’ve gained too much weight and I feel crappy and lethargic now that I stopped going. I was planning on taking four summer classes and five in the fall so I could graduate early buuuuut I might take the summer to focus on myself (since I’ll be starting T in May probably) and get in shape and get used to the changes I’ll be going through. I guess I’ll either just stick it out and graduate when I’m supposed to in the Spring or if my GPA is high enough I’ll transfer to Rutgers for Spring 2014.
Sorry for all the silly rambles guys, it just helps.
I don’t post too much on here because I mostly just read through other posts buuut I was hoping someone had something to say about the Mazonni Center in Philadelphia. I have an appointment in April to meet with a doctor there to get blood work and all that good stuff but I wanted to know what other trans* folk think about this amazing place and maybe some of you could tell me about your experiences there. Also, I’m just curious to see how many of you are in Jersey? Thanks guys and gals :)
So in light of the new semester (my third in college) I’d just like to say that I’m really happy with how all of my professor’s have agreed to call me Logan rather than my “birth name”. After talking to my A&P lab teacher he said, and I quote, “I like Logan better”. Yeah that made me feel good.
